Chicago All-Electric Homes Webinar + Open House

In this two-part session, we’ll be featuring the work of Greenline Homes LLC. Greenline Homes currently has 26 new construction, net-zero ready, all-electric homes underway and/or completed in both the Woodlawn and Bronzeville communities within the City of Chicago. 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (CST) The webinar portion of this program will include a “inside the walls” presentation that highlights some of construction practices integrated into these homes. Attendees will learn about the unique attributes of these developments, how to help sell the competitive advantages of these homes, what it’s like to live & own an all-electric home, and lessons learned along the way.

4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (CST) Join us for in-person for an open house to talk with the builder, tour the homes and ask questions! Two homes will be on the walking tour – a LEED Gold completed in 2017 and a tour of four homes under construction, all LEED Registered with a Platinum Rating Target.
