Join Illinois Green Alliance for the return of the Women in Green Building Leadership Luncheon as we celebrate and engage with the influential women at the forefront of driving sustainability in the built environment. 

This year’s convening will examine the theme of Fresh Perspectives, where we will consider what it means to reimagine conventional practices and solutions with a novel approach. How can we as a community infuse new ideas, innovations, and technologies into our existing workflow to set the groundwork for a greener future? 

The unique professional experiences shared during this event provide an excellent opportunity to share solutions and inspiration to move beyond traditional frameworks as we address pressing challenges in the built environment, such as the urgent need for decarbonization, a focus on resilience, improving social equity outcomes, and advocating for bold public policies.  

This event will be in-person at the Ivy Room in River North and will feature a three-course vegan lunch. Our speakers represent a range of industry and professional experience levels to allow space for women across the sustainability landscape to relate to their stories. Following the panel there will also be opportunities to join the conversation and share your own narrative through facilitated table discussions.
