Finance Fridays: SomerCor presents Small Biz Products for Energy Projects

This 30-minute webinar will walk attendees through how they can use the SBA 504 Green Loan to implement their building retrofits. In July, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) renewed its support for clean energy investment thought its existing SBA lending programs. SomerCor is a nonprofit, small business lender, certified by the SBA to originate and service SBA 504 loans for the financing of commercial real estate and heavy equipment. The SBA 504 Green Loan provides fixed-rate financing for fixed assets, up to $5.5 million per project. Plus, borrowers can now have multiple SBA 504 Green Loans with no aggregate cap limit on capital.
