Green Building Consultant

Join our team! GCG is looking for a new team member with at least 5-years of experience managing projects that pursue green and healthy building certifications such as LEED, WELL, Fitwel, SITES, ENERGY STAR and/or other similar rating systems.

Valued skillsets include:

Experience managing projects from early in design through construction.

Deep understanding in the LEED Rating System and has a GA or AP credential. Experience in other rating systems is also valuable.

Well-versed in Microsoft, Adobe, and some experience with Revit.

Effective communication, organization, strategic planning, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Ability to review architectural plans and contractor submittals.

Attributes that would be nice to have but not required are energy and carbon emission analysis, corporate sustainability reporting, engineering, or other credentials.

Position starts remotely with the potential move into an office. GCG is hiring part or full-time employees.
