    Bio (for inclusion in the member directory): I've been the Principal of Studio Nigro Architecture + Design for 17 years, and practicing in Chicago for 20+ years. Our firm has always held sustainable practices as our standard in residential and small commercial design, but in 2014 we made a pledge to only take on projects where we could really push the goals to be part of the solution to stop climate change, and in 2017 became signatories of the AIA 2030 Commitment. Now our work is focused on Decarbonization. We believe we all need to share knowledge and resources, working together to decarbonize as quickly as possible and are interested in collaborating with other architects and builders who share this goal. We are interested in getting into speculative rehab work in order to help push these goals and deliver more green home rehabs to the market.
