The Illinois Green Auxiliary Board and the ASHRAE Young Professionals are coming together for a technical tour and happy hour!
401 N. Michigan was designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill in 1965 and is currently managed by Zeller. The building is proud to be LEED Platinum, Energy Star, WELL-HSR, and Gold-Rated WiredScore. Additionally, it was the recipient of the BOMA International Office Building of the Year and is a Local 399 Operating Engineers facility and the 401 N. Michigan Ave. Chief Engineer, Kurt Anderson, LEED GA, was the 2021 BOMA Building Engineer of the year. We look forward to taking you on a tour of this iconic Chicago building at the intersection of Michigan Ave and the Chicago River!
